This 6-week journey is created with love for the woman who is ready to shed what no longer serves her, and come home to her truth.
Over 6 weeks we will uncover conditioning that is keeping you stuck, self limiting beliefs you are holding on to, and unconcious rules that you live by. By the end of this journey you will know what you value, who you are at your core, and how you want to live your life.

✺ Personal 1:1 Integration Session — Four weeks after the journey, recieve a private Zoom session to reflect on your progress, explore what’s working for you, and get gentle guidance on your next steps.
What to expect?
Each session invites you deeper inward. Together, we’ll explore the connection between our brain, our language, and our behavioral patterns. Although the sessions are guided by the principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, weaving in breath techniques, meditation, and somatic practices creates a safe space for the body and mind to gently open, unravel, and release.

This container is $666. That is $111 per week.

Of course! You can sign up for only $111. The remaining $555 will be paid in weekly installments at the commencement of the journey.

The first session is on Thursday the 15th of January 2026. This means the final session falls on February 19th.
